Information we collect

You can read Menya Rwanda without creating an account. When you create an account or sign in, we receive the account details needed to identify you, such as your name and email address. If you use Google sign-in, Google shares only the account information you approve.

We also collect information you choose to submit, including enquiries, marketplace messages, contributions, booking requests, and saved preferences. Basic device, page-view, and interaction information may be collected to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide your account, save requested content, deliver features, respond to messages, prevent misuse, understand site performance, and improve Menya Rwanda. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by services that help us run authentication, hosting, analytics, advertising, communications, maps, and payments. When you choose to contact a business, seller, accommodation, or booking provider, the information needed for that request may be sent to that recipient.

Cookies and advertising

Menya Rwanda and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Ads on this site are served by our advertising partner Monetag, which may use cookies or similar identifiers to show and measure ads. Your browser and applicable consent controls let you manage these technologies.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also disconnect Google access from your Google Account settings.
